Return Policy

We want every pair of Bayana slides to be the most comfortable footwear you own. If they are not, we make returns simple and free.

Our 30-day window

You may return any product purchased from bayana.com within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns are accepted even if the slides have been worn outside — your comfort is what matters.

What qualifies for a refund

• Items purchased directly from bayana.com within the last 30 days
• Items returned in their original packaging where possible (not required, but appreciated)
• Items that have not been intentionally damaged or modified

How to start a return

1. Email support@bayana.com with your order number and which item or items you would like to return.
2. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the slides, attach the label, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
4. Once we receive the returned item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

When you will see your refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process the refund on our side, the funds usually appear on your statement within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or country variant? Email us with your order number and the replacement you would like. We will ship the new pair free of charge as soon as we receive the original.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return required.

What we cannot accept

• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items intentionally damaged after delivery
• Items purchased from a reseller (we only handle returns for orders placed on bayana.com)
• Gift cards and promotional items marked as final sale

Return shipping costs

All return shipping inside the continental United States is paid by Bayana. The prepaid label we email you covers the full cost.
