9. User-generated content

If you submit a review, photograph, message, or other content to us or post about Bayana on social media tagging us, you grant Commerce Partners LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and other business purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
